Little Dude - Kyle B.
My name is Kyle Byers and 2006 is my first season racing go-karts. I will turn 12 years old in August and I race in the Junior Sportsman class.
My first taste of racing was over the winter at SyKart Indoor Racing Center. My dad and I joined Puget Sound Go Kart Association in the spring and have had lots of help getting started from guys like Mike Collins and Craig Wick.
I completed my third race on June 4 and removed my orange rookie plate. I'm planning to race in all of the club races this season and the Gold Cup hosted by PSGKA.
My goal is to keep up with the older and more experienced drivers and learn as much as I can from them. My dad and I are also learning a lot about my kart and how to tune and adjust it. We are having a blast and appreciate all the help and support we receive from fellow racers.
